I have a confession to make… I don’t take care of myself as well as I should.

Don’t get me wrong. I do better than most. I stay hydrated, I have an active lifestyle, and I eat slightly healthier than average. (Haha)

But let’s be honest… A lot of us suck at taking care of ourselves.

Sure we may think we’re doing a good job. However, some would argue that we could do better.

In this Episode of The Modern Man, we sit down with Dr. Raymond Nichols of AlignLife Pelham Falls. To say Dr. Ray is a Chiropractor would be selling him extremely short.

Dr. Ray has a passion for helping and pouring into humanity. He is an educator, thought leader, and in my opinion, a leading example of health.

We had a lot of fun learning and exploring the potential of our bodies with this one.

Join us as George Cowart sits in as a guest panelists and Charles Russ joins Dr. Raymond Nichols and I to discuss the importance of building holistic habits.

If you’re not already, you’re going to want to make sure you Follow Dr. Ray on social! He drops BOMBS constantly! (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)

We want to thank Timothy Cunningham, owner of Wine & Design for hosting us for this one. This episode would not be possible without the talented eye of Elias Jose Falero of Falero Studios and the continued commitment of Andrej Suttles of Suttlesolution Media.

Fellas, please enjoy this episode of The Modern Man!
