Meet Ali:
Ali West has been in the fitness industry since 2008, and has already helped many people boost their health and quality of life. Ali and his wife, Sarah, founded Kinetik Fitness, where they offer trainings, gym memberships, and nutitional diet plans to help people reach their fitness goals. Ali also hosts the Kinetik Fitness Show where he interviews fitness and wellness experts and shares his own personal fitness journey and lessons learned. Ali’s self-discovery journey began in 2015, and since then was practicing how to master his mental, physical, and spiritual health at the core.
