This month, “The Modern Man” is honoring our veterans. Thank you all for your service!

In tonight’s we tackle the topic of leadership. We explore what defines a leader and how one can develop themselves into a leader whether it be in business or in life.

We definitely couldn’t do the topic justice without the help of Carl Sharperson, Jr.

Mr. Sharperson is a leadership innovation strategist, speaker, author, and coach. I should also mention that he is a graduate of the United State Naval Academy and a former Marine Corps Pilot. We so humbly thank him for his service.

After a series of senior sales and operational positions with some of the countries largest brands, Carl launched Sharperson Executive Leadership. Through his practice, Carl has worked with major corporations and individuals on developing leadership innovation through coaching and online resources.

Carls journey did not come without it’s challenges. In his book “Sharp Leadership: Overcome Adversity To Lead With Authenticity,” Carl details his journey through the US Naval Academy, getting his wings in pilot school, and overcoming stage IV cancer.

There is certainly a lot to learn about leadership in today’s episode. Hop into today’s episode and listen to the discussion!

To learn more about our guest or get your hands on a copy of his book, be sure to check out the website: https://www.carlsharpersonjr.com/

We want to thank to Ink N Ivy Greenville for hosting us on their rooftop for this one. This episode would not be possible without the talented eye of Elias Jose Falero of Falero Studios and the continued commitment of Andrej Suttles of Suttleselution.

Fellas, please enjoy this exclusive premiere of Episode 4 of Season 2 of The Modern Man!
